Belt Size for a 28 Inch Waist (Inches, cm, Letter)
For a 28-inch trouser waist, buy a size 30 belt: about 75 cm in EU sizing, and usually S on letter-sized belts. Belts are sized about 2 inches above the trouser waist, so the buckle closes on the middle hole.
