Belt Size for a 44 Inch Waist (Inches, cm, Letter)
For a 44-inch trouser waist, buy a size 46 belt: about 115 cm in EU sizing, and usually XXL on letter-sized belts. Belts are sized about 2 inches above the trouser waist, so the buckle closes on the middle hole.
