Belt Size for a 42 Inch Waist (Inches, cm, Letter)
For a 42-inch trouser waist, buy a size 44 belt: about 110 cm in EU sizing, and usually XL on letter-sized belts. Belts are sized about 2 inches above the trouser waist, so the buckle closes on the middle hole.
